We are extremely glad that you are interested in our services.
Here below, we would like to detail and transparently share with you our annulment policy.
We would like to kindly ask you to duly respect the subsequent “rules of the game”.
1. In case you want to cancel your booking for the SUIT Travel Experience, we kindly ask you to
contact us via email (subject: cancellation) no later than 48 hours before the start of the service requested (please use 08.00 am of the day of your booked SUIT Travel Experience as reference point for starting time).
a. If you comply with this requirement, you have the right to request a refund, which equates
the 80% of the total amount paid.
b. If you contact us from 48 hours to 24 hours prior to the start of the service requested
(please use 08.00 am as reference for starting time), you have the right to request a refund,
which corresponds to 50% of the total amount paid.
c. In case of cancellations sent from 24 hours to the beginning of the service requested, we
do not deliver any refund and accept no liability.
2. In case you are late on the day of your Original SUIT Experience, we kindly ask you to contact
us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible
a. We will wait for you for ten minutes, starting with the scheduled meeting time. Shall you
not appear, unfortunately, we must proceed with the planned SUIT Experience without
you and we accept no liability.
On the other hand, please take into account the fact that our services are a priori guaranteed.
Nevertheless, we must point out that in the event of force majeure (natural catastrophes but not limited thereto), we may be forced to cancel our services without prior notice. Should this occur, we accept no liability. On the same note, we overall accept no liability for circumstances happening beyond our direct control, e.g. services delivered by our suppliers but not limited thereto). Having declared the above, we want to specifically highlight that our personnel may re-schedule, substitute or cancel planned activities if we consider these actions necessary to preserve the safety of our clients. Again, we accept no liability for sudden modifications to the original plan of services. Ultimately, please consider that in case we run late on the day of your SUIT Travel Experience, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
1. If our team arrive at the meeting point no later than ten minutes after the scheduled meeting time, operations will regularly continue and you do not have the right to ask for reimbursement.
2. If our team arrive at the meeting point later than 30 minutes after the scheduled meeting time, the course of operations may slightly vary and you have the right to request a reimbursement equal to 20% of the amount paid. If our delay exceeds one hour, you have the right to request a
reimbursement equal to 50%. If our delay exceeds one hour and a half, operations are cancelled
and you have the right to request a full reimbursement.
