Here below, we would like to detail and transparently share with you our cancellation policy.
We would like to kindly ask you to duly respect the subsequent “rules of the game”.
1. In case you want to cancel your booking for the SUIT Travel Experience, we kindly ask you to
contact us via email (subject: cancellation):
a. Cancellation is free up to 7 days before your experience kicks-off;
b. A 20% refund applies 2–6 days before your experience;
c. Within 2 days from your experience, no refund is available.
2. In case you want to reschedule your booking for the SUIT Travel Experience, we kindly ask you to contact us via email (subject: rescheduling) to arrange together a new date for your experience.
3. In case you are late on the day of your SUIT Experience, we kindly ask you to contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible:
a. If the experience is privately held for you, we will wait for you as long as feasible;
b. If the experience is shared with other guests, we will wait for you for ten to fifteen
minutes, starting with the scheduled meeting time. Shall you not appear, unfortunately,
we must proceed with the planned experience without you and we accept no liability.
Please take into account the fact that our services are a priori guaranteed. Nevertheless, we must point out that in the event of force majeure (natural catastrophes but not limited thereto), we may be forced to cancel our services without prior notice. Should this occur, we accept no liability. We want to specifically highlight that our personnel may re-schedule, substitute or cancel planned activities if we consider these actions necessary to preserve the safety of our people, including you. Again, we accept no liability for sudden modifications to the original plan of services. Eventually, please bear in mind that we accept no liability for policies and circumstances happening beyond our direct control, e.g. services delivered by our suppliers but not limited thereto.

End of the HCL Travel Experience
Booking of HCL Travel Experience from 360 CHF for the first person. For additional members of the same group tariff is curtailed as we are delighted to extend bespoke, privileged solutions for couples, families, and boutique MICE.
Match dates and times are based on the official Swiss National League calendar and may be subject to change. Any schedule adjustment may affect the order or timing of the experience and will be communicated promptly.
Each HCL Travel Experience welcomes a minimum of four guests and a maximum of ten guests to maintain every journey intimate and vibrant.
